Management Fees
We operate on a fixed management fee based on the size of your property. This fee will not fluxuate due to the number of residents residing in your property, the number of invoices processed, or for project management services.
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Your association will own the equipment necessary to process accounts payable/receivable along with the software. Your accounting systems will never be offsite nor will your management team. All budget preparation and manager's reports are done onsite, and your Board can actually sign the checks along with your Association Manager.
Sales and Leasing
Griffin Association Management can also provide you with on-site condominium sales and leasing services.
